HOME at Braddock Inn is owned & operated by husband-and-wife team Greg Holson and Lamb Coffey, both of whom have a long history of culinary & hospitably experience.

Greg's first job was at age six at one of his father's two pizzerias. Along with his eight older brothers and sisters, he helped his parents establish a name in the community and build three successful businesses. After spending his entire youth in the family business, Greg has worked at a number of ventures, including the Silver Diner restaurants. It has been his lifelong dream to run his own restaurant.

Lamb was raised in a suburb of Philadelphia along with five siblings. As the daughter of hardworking parents, she learned the value of resiliency and a strong work ethic. She had her first paper route at age 11 and has continued to gain knowledge and valuable experience from each position and new challenge. Her first exposure to the restaurant world was after graduate school when she moved to Ocean City, MD for the summer and worked as a server in Greg's family restaurant in 1991. The couple later shared in the opening of a five-room, 60-seat gourmet restaurant in Breckenridge, CO. They subsequently opened the Silver Diner of Virginia Beach, and also worked together at the Rockville location.
